Broken Foot!

Zara was out of action for about eight months with a broken foot sustained at the 2007 3rd round ISA event in Namibia. She crashed at about 37 knots but unluckily her left foot stuck in the footstrap as she fell forward. Resulting in a break and dislocation of four bones in her left foot. She Is back in the UK now and has had two operations to fix the foot, but it going to be a long recovery. But those that know Zara well will know she will work hard and be back on the water as soon as possible.
